Cougar Monitoring System – Good Friday, 15 April 2022
MAX wishes to advise that we will soon be undertaking significant work to modernise the Cougar monitoring system across the Northern Territory and Queensland. While there are no functional changes, the operating system and database will be upgraded to latest versions.
An extended system outage is required to complete this upgrade. To minimise the impact to your venue, this work is scheduled to be completed during the Good Friday non-gaming period.

All Cougar host functionality will be unavailable during this outage. Please note that other MAX services may be impacted and unavailable during this time, including all web reporting, MAXmobile, Wildcat, loyalty, kiosk and Alveo.
