Quickchange is a paid service. Fee structure has been verified with Liquor and Gaming NSW and is reviewed annually on 1 July in line with the rise/fall in Sydney CPI.

Payment Options

Quickchange applications can be paid for in one of two ways:

  • Annual Subscription
  • Pay-As-You-Go

Payment & Billing in the Quickchange Application

When the application’s Agreements are complete, the Payments & Billing section becomes available to view.

The Application Summary is a table which displays the quantity and type of work items in the application and their associated fees, inclusive of GST.

Annual Subscription Overview

Through the purchase of an annual subscription to Quickchange, a venue is able to perform an unlimited number of gaming machine changes within their venue during the period.

The table shows the annual Quickchange subscription fees payable by number of Gaming Machines. Machines counts include EGMs and LPJSs. Subsidiary equipment is not included in the number of Gaming Machines within a venue.

Payment by Annual Subscription

To complete a Quickchange application with an existing subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure all the Agreements are complete
  2. Go to the Payment and Billing section
  3. The Application Summary will display the type and quantity of the work items in the application. Fees will be displayed as $0. There will be a message advising that the application is covered under the current subscription and will not incur any cost.
  4. Select ‘Continue’ to progress the application.
  5. On completion, the Confirmation will appear in the Quickchange application.
Payment with an active QuickChange Subscription

To purchase a Quickchange subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure all the Agreements are complete
  2. Go to the Payment and Billing section
  3. The Application Summary will display the type and quantity of the work items in the application and their associated fees.
  4. There will be a message advising that the application is eligible to purchase a subscription (automatically calculated based on the number of machines at the venue) with a check box.
  5. Select the checkbox to confirm subscription purchase. The Total amount will change to the Subscription amount.
  6. Select ‘Pay Now’
  7. A modal will appear, and the venue must input their details and follow the modal prompts to complete the financial transaction.
  8. On completion, the Confirmation will appear in the Quickchange application.
You can opt to subscribe as part of any application in place of the PAYG fee

Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)

A $72 service fee (inclusive of GST) applies to all transaction types performed within each venue application. Transaction types include:

  • Installation of a gaming machine, progressive controller or subsidiary equipment.
  • Conversion of a gaming machine or progressive controller.
  • Disposal of a gaming machine, progressive controller or subsidiary equipment.
  • Attachment/Detachment of a gaming machine to/from a progressive controller.

Note: PAYG applications can only be paid for from the day following a QuickChange application being enacted.

To pay for a Quickchange application as PAYG, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure all the Agreements are complete
  2. Go to the Payment and Billing section.
  3. The Application Summary will display the type and quantity of the work items in the application and associated fees. (See Fig 3)
  4. Select ‘Pay Now’
  5. A modal will appear, and the venue must input their details and follow the modal prompts to complete the financial transaction.
  6. On completion, the Confirmation will appear in the Quickchange application.
