Destruction of Equipment (Seller)

The Destruction of Equipment applications allows dealers and sellers to mark their own gaming equipment for destruction.

  • Dealers, Sellers and Testing Facilities must keep track of all second-hand equipment they have purchased or own. Any equipment that is on their Equipment List is available to include in a destruction application that will go to L&G NSW, and must be approved by L&G NSW.
  • Equipment that is included in a destruction application will be assigned the status “Marked for destruction” in the Equipment List.
  • Equipment that has had its final agreement completed will be assigned the status “Destroyed” in the Equipment List.
